1. The service
Storeino is a Moroccan e-commerce SaaS platform headquartered in Agadir, built first for cash-on-delivery selling. Merchants can create a store on a *.storeino.com subdomain or their own domain, manage products and orders, use the apps marketplace (30+ apps), sell in multiple currencies, connect shipping carriers and use the “COD in Africa” service.
2. Account and eligibility
- You must be an adult with legal capacity and use the service for professional or commercial purposes.
- Creating an account requires accurate information and a valid payment method (Visa or Mastercard card, or PayPal).
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account, including by people you give access to.
3. Plans and pricing
- Subscription plans start with a 14-day trial. When the trial ends, the price of the selected plan is charged automatically to the payment method on file unless you cancel before the trial ends. Storeino charges no transaction fees (0%) on these plans.
- “Free” plan: no monthly subscription, but a one-time fee of USD 1 on activation and a 0.3% fee per order.
- Prices and plan contents are shown on the Pricing page; the price displayed at subscription applies. Applicable taxes may be added where relevant.
- Some marketplace apps and third-party services (shipping, payment, messaging) may be charged separately, as shown before activation.
4. Billing and renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly, yearly or other, as chosen) at the current price, charged to the payment method on file.
- The 0.3% fee on the Free plan is calculated on orders and collected as shown in the dashboard.
- If a payment fails, we may retry and notify you; the store may be suspended if payment is not settled within a reasonable time.
- Price changes will be notified reasonably in advance before they apply to your subscription.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support@storeino.com. Cancelling during the trial avoids any charge.
- After cancellation, your store stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
- Amounts paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. You can contact support about any refund request; each request is reviewed case by case.
- You can export your data before closure; it is then deleted per the Privacy Policy.
6. Merchant obligations
- You are the sole seller of your products and responsible for their descriptions, prices and quality, delivery, cash collection on delivery, after-sales service and returns.
- You comply with the laws of the countries where you sell, including consumer protection (such as Moroccan Law 31-08), tax and data protection.
- As controller of your customers’ data, you publish a privacy policy for your store and inform customers of the tools you enable (abandoned carts, tracking tags, Google Sheets sync).
- You must not sell prohibited, counterfeit or dangerous goods, publish unlawful or infringing content, or use the platform for fraud or spam.
- You keep your own backups of important content.
7. Apps and third-party services
The service may include marketplace apps and integrations with shipping carriers, payment providers, advertising platforms and other third parties. These are also subject to their providers’ terms; Storeino does not guarantee third-party performance (delivery, cash collection). The “COD in Africa” service may have specific terms presented when you sign up for it.
8. Domains
The *.storeino.com subdomain remains Storeino’s property and is assigned to you for the subscription period. Your custom domain remains yours; you are responsible for its renewal and configuration.
9. Intellectual property
Storeino owns the platform, software, themes, brand and logos. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform to run your store. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to provide the service. The Storeino brand may only be used under the Brand & Logo Usage Terms.
10. Partner program
The Storeino partner program runs at partners.storeino.com; its detailed terms are published on the Partner Program page. Key points: recurring commission of 20%, 25%, 30% or 35% depending on tier, a 90-day attribution cookie (first click wins), USD 100 minimum payout, payment by bank transfer or PayPal, and a 30-day hold on the first commission and 14 days on recurring commissions. In case of conflict, the terms shown in the partner portal prevail. The old affiliate program is discontinued and no longer accepts signups or generates new commissions.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close a store for breach of these terms or the law, non-payment, or risk to the platform or others, with notice where possible. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
12. Warranty and liability
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Storeino is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and its liability is in all cases limited to the extent permitted by law. You will indemnify Storeino against claims arising from your products, content or breach of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The new version will be posted here with its date, and material changes will be notified reasonably in advance before they take effect. Continued use of the service means you accept the new version.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. We will first try to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise the competent Moroccan courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
