Your tier is based on how many referred merchants have an active paid subscription. Promotion is immediate; if you drop below your tier's threshold you get a 60-day grace period before demotion. A custom rate may apply to some accounts by agreement with the Storeino team.

These are the rules the partner system itself applies. No hidden fine print.
- Referral tracking
- 90 days from the first visit through your link. The first partner link a merchant visits is the one that counts.
- What you earn on
- A percentage of every subscription payment the referred merchant actually makes (not of signups), for as long as your partner account stays active.
- Confirmation period
- Commission becomes withdrawable 30 days after a merchant's first payment, and 14 days after each renewal.
- Minimum withdrawal
- USD 100 of available balance.
- Payout methods
- Bank transfer or PayPal, after the Storeino team reviews the withdrawal request.
- Refunds
- If a subscription payment is refunded, the matching commission is reversed from your balance.

01Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining the partner programme is free, with no investment and no minimum number of referrals.
02When do I get paid?
Commission is recorded on every subscription payment your referred merchant makes and becomes withdrawable 30 days after the first payment and 14 days after each renewal. You can request a withdrawal from your wallet once your available balance reaches USD 100, paid by bank transfer or PayPal.
03How long do I earn on a merchant?
The commission is recurring. You keep earning on a merchant's subscription for as long as they stay a paying customer.
04What happens if a merchant cancels or refunds?
A refund reverses the matching commission, which is deducted from your next earnings. Nothing is ever owed by you out of pocket.
05How do I know a referral was tracked to me?
Every merchant who signs up through your link appears in your dashboard, along with their status and the commissions they have generated.
